I clarified the Novolog U-100 dose with Pt. and Tracy McGatha and he is taking Novolog 53 Units at breakfast, 33 Units at lunch and 33 Units at dinner. Pt. has not run out of Lantus 80 Units BID which he is taking.  His FBS today is 167.  I will also send an Urgent Case Management form for pt.
