Questions were directed specifically to Mr. Andre Smith to which, he responded appropriately with one to three word replies. Member was limited in his cognitive ability to understand the full extent of the HRA but, remained engaged and present throughout. Items like medical forms, appointments and overall medical care are managed by parents. Member is able to perform all ADLs except cooking for himself.
