Palpation, percussion, and auscultation portions of the assessment were unable to be performed due to this being a virtual visit. Due to her radiation therapy she had some residual scarring of her liver.  So she was placed on the medication for liver protection, to attempt to prevent further scarring and to repair (see if the liver will regenerate) her current liver scarring.
