Pt is nonverbal and they provided the information in this assessment.  Due to his nonverbal state and he was unwilling to have many aspects of exam completed, there are many areas of this assessment which were unable to be completed.   His sister reports that he has not had a cough, shortness of breath or fever and they have not been exposed to anyone who tested + for Covid or anyone with Covid symptoms.
