Member insisted on HRA to be done outside her house.  The weather was 28 degrees, and very cold.  The computer and hotspot did not function very well.  This examiner suggested to return later that day when the weather got warmer.  This examiner called later that day, but she said she was busy with her case manager.  She did not know when she would be available for a new appointment.  Suggestion to have it in the warm part of the day since this patient does not want anyone in her house because she feels it is too \"messy\" for people to go inside.  This was a difficult situation.
