She answered the phone and was asked if this was a good time to perform her visit or if she needed to reschedule.  She insisted that this was  a great time to perform her call.  I attempted to assist member with signing in on doxy.me.  She was asked several times if she needed me to send her the link via text message.  Initially she stated \"no.\"  I could tell that she was having a hard time signing, in so I sent the link to member via text and explained to her how to log in.  At 9:15 the member successfully logged into doxy.me and we began her visit.  At 9:18 the member's screen froze and the call attempted to reconnect before ultimately dropping the call.  Attempted to call the member back at 9:20am and someone picked up the line and then hung up.  Called member back and Ms. Combs, answered the line, and I asked member if she could log back onto doxy.me, or if she needed to switch the platform since the call dropped.  She apologized and said no she had to drop the call to take a phone call from her caseworker.  Then she stated that she was about to get in the car to take her friend to a doctor's appointment and needed me to call her back in a few minutes.  Informed the member that this visit takes about 45-1 hour and I was booked up for the rest of the day.  However, I would get someone to call her back to see if we could reschedule for a better time.
