Called Dr. Haidr Agha (nephrology) MD 757-623-0005 and was directed to send her to ED since she had come late to last appointment when Dr. Agha had already left and she had not been seen in a while. Member c\/o bilateral CVA tenderness w\/wo palpation. Patient is being tx for UTI with two different abx including finishing Bactrim but still symptomatic and on day 3\/7 for Keflex with no relief. Member instructed to go to ED. Mother left due to BP being lowered and waiting on decision after talking to Dr. Agha and will be returning to go get members kids and member will go to ED. \nUPDATE: 8\/16\/23 1605 Spoke with patient and BP is now 129\/83. Is waiting on dad to get there to watch kids and take her to ED. \n\nUPDATE: Member went to SPAH ED. Spoke with member via phone BP was up to 161\/108. Urinalysis performed and urine was negative for UTI and culture was sent for analysis. BMP revealed normal kidney function. Member educated again to make sure to go to her appointments on time and not to miss appointments and to check BP often. Member reports all the labs came back normal and that the back pain is not kidney related but muscular. This NP recommended to continue seeing PT and to ask about stretches that will help with back pain. \nUrgent:\nBipolar II\/Major Depression\/ PTSD\/Anxiety: Reports taking Zyprexa and Fluoxetine as prescribed but still deals with depression symptoms and not in remission.
